How to fix the ANNOYING crashing problem when trying to render a video in Vegas Pro 18!

Hey! Does Vegas Pro crash for you when you just try to open the window to export a video?
Or even if it says this?
Well, after researching for HOURS, it's all because of one .dll file that's causing it to crash called "RenderAsDialog.dll"!
Man, thanks so much to this guy called dexotaku on the Vegas Pro forum for even figuring this out, their comment is all the way at the bottom
So all I did and all you need to do is download this version of the file, I got this from my install from Vegas Pro 17. I'm putting this out for anyone out there who has this problem!
Download VegasRenderAsDialogFix.zip!Copy this .dll file, right click on your shortcut for Vegas Pro on your desktop, click on properties, open file location and paste the new .dll file in there, replace it!
Now when you launch Vegas again and try to export a video, it finally won't crash!
